Content Inbox Window
The Content Inbox collects the messages received by the content service.
To activate the Content Inbox window, select Content Inbox from Window menu of the menu bar, or use the shortcut Alt+W, N.
The columns displayed in the Content Inbox table are as follows:
- Status - The status of the received message. See below for possible values.
- Item - The name of the item if the message has been
recognized.
- Params - The parameters of the item.
- From - The information about the sender of the message.
- To - The information about the recipient of the message.
- Text - The text of the received message.
- Time - The date and the time when the message is received.
- Account - The name of the account from which the message is received.
Status of the received message may be one of the following:
- Not processed - The processing of the message has not been initiated.
- Processing - The message is being processed by external application.
- Processed - The message has been successfully processed.
- Failed - The processing of the message by external application failed (e.g. external application returned a non-zero value).
- Not recognized - The message has not been recognized as any
of the items.
- Disabled - The item is disabled.
- Ignored - The message is ignored.
The Action menu of the Content Inbox window contains the following options:
- Process - Use to initiate processing of the selected messages.
- Abort - Use to abort processing of the selected messages. This option may only be performed on messages with
Processing status.
The Tools menu of the Content Inbox window contains the following options:
In the Reply Bar of the Content Inbox window you may use Content Text Parameters,
Message Text Parameters, and Global Text Parameters.
