Mailbox service offers an easy way to reply to received messages. By using customizable actions the moderator can select one of the predefined replies which should be sent back to the user.
One example may be an SMS Taxi service where the moderator needs only to enter the vehicle number and the arrival time into the parameters fields to send the information back to the user. The predefined reply text, used for processing this kind of requests, could look like this: Dear Customer, the vehicle %P1% arrives at your address in %P3% minutes. Thank you using our Taxi services.
