Mailbox Setup Dialog

The Mailbox Setup dialog allows you to set the mailbox service options.

To display the Mailbox Setup dialog, select Setup from Service menu of the menu bar.

General tab

Actions

• Action n fields let you define the names of the actions.

Parameters

• Pn fields let you enable/disable parameters and enter their captions displayed in the moderator bar.

Filters tab

Filters

• Displays the list of the filters used by the service. See Filters for more details.

Options tab

Start/Stop options

• See Working with Services for more details.

Miscellaneous

• Stop dispatching accepted messages lets you specify that messages accepted by this service should not be dispatched to remaining services. Note that messages are dispatched to services in the order of their ID numbers.
• Delete accepted messages from Inbox specifies whether the messages accepted by the service should be deleted from the Inbox.
• Apply maintenance lets you specify whether you wish to apply the global maintenance options to this service.
• Apply Ignored property from Contacts specifies whether the message received by ignored contact should also be ignored.
• Add sender to group specifies whether to add the sender of the incoming message to the Address Book. If a group name is supplied, then the contact will be added to the specified group.
