Mailbox Window

The Mailbox contains the messages received by the mailbox service.

The Mailbox window includes the Moderator Bar, which can be used to preview the selected message and to enter the values of the parameters prior to sending a reply.

To activate the Mailbox window, select Mailbox from Window menu of the menu bar, or use the shortcut Alt+W, M.

The columns displayed in the Mailbox table are as follows:

Status - The status of the received message, which may be None, Ignored or the name of the action with which the message was processed.
From - The information about the sender of the message.
To - The information about the recipient of the message.
Text - The text of the received message.
Time - The date and the time when the message is received.
Account - The name of the account from which the message is received.

The Action menu of the Mailbox window contains the following options:

Process - Use this menu to select the action for processing the selected messages. Use the replies from the Mailbox Setup Dialog to send back an associated reply as a result of processing.

The Tools menu of the Mailbox window contains the following options:

Reset Status - Use to change the status of the selected messages.
Ignore - Use to ignore the selected messages.
Apply Ignored from Contacts - Use to ignore the selected messages that are sent by ignored contact.
Send Message - Use to send messages to the senders of the selected messages using the Send Message dialog.
Forward Message - Use to forward the selected message using the Send Message dialog.
Add/Edit Sender - Use to add or edit the sender of the selected message in the Address Book.
Select in Contacts - Use to display the Contacts window and select contacts that have sent the selected messages. In case that some contacts do not exist, a question box will be displayed, allowing you to choose whether you wish to create them.

In the Reply Bar of the Mailbox window you may use Mailbox Text Parameters, Message Text Parameters, and Global Text Parameters.
