Replies
Services have the ability to send automatic replies.
The list of automatic replies available in the service is displayed in the Replies tab of the service setup dialog.
Reply has the following properties:
- Enabled specifies whether the reply should be sent.
- Condition specifies the necessary condition the incoming message should satisfy in order for the reply to be sent.
- Text specifies the text of the reply. You may use text parameters to compose the message text. Besides the text parameters supported by the service itself, replies can also use
Message Text Parameters and Global Text
Parameters.
- Type specifies the type of the reply message.
- Priority specifies the sending priority of the reply message.
- Account specifies the account which will be used for sending the reply. If not specified the account of the incoming message will be used. In the Reply dialog, use selection button ( ... ) to select or clear the account field.
- Address specifies the address of the sender of the reply message. If not specified then the recipient address from incoming message will be used.
Replies tab
The Replies tab displays the replies available in the service.
Use Action - Enable/Disable to enable or disable sending of the selected replies.
Use Tools - Set Priority to set the priority of the selected replies.
Use Tools - Account - Select/Clear to select or clear the account used to send the selected replies.
Use Tools - Set Address to set the sender address of the selected replies.
