About Routing Service

Routing service enables you to use SMS Studio as an SMS gateway, SMS router or SMS server by allowing you to route messages between your clients.

Routing service uses the list of predefined routing rules to route messages between accounts. When the received message meets the conditions of a rule, the message is then forwarded to the appropriate account. Depending on the result of the routing, routing service may also send a reply.

The setup of routing service is composed of routing rules, filters, options, and replies.
