Routing Inbox Window
The Routing Inbox collects the messages received by the routing service.
To activate the Routing Inbox window, select Routing Inbox from Window menu of the menu bar, or use the shortcut Alt+W, R.
The columns displayed in the Routing Inbox table are as follows:
- Status - The status of the received message. See below for possible values.
- Routed To - The name of the account to which the message has been routed.
- From - The information about the sender of the message.
- To - The information about the recipient of the message.
- Text - The text of the received message.
- Time - The date and the time when the message is received.
- Account - The name of the account from which the message is received.
Status of the received message may be one of the following:
- Not routed - The routing of the message has not been initiated.
- Routed - The message has been successfully routed to the destination account.
- Failed - The routing of the message failed because no routing rule could be applied.
- Ignored - The message is ignored.
The Tools menu of the Routing Inbox window contains the following options:
- Route - Use to initiate routing of the selected messages.
- Route to Account - Use to manually route the selected messages to an account. The Select Account dialog will be displayed to allow you to select the account.
- Reset Status - Use to set the status of the selected messages to Not routed, thus allowing the messages to be routed again.
- Send Message - Use to send messages to the senders of the selected messages using the Send Message dialog.
- Forward Message - Use to forward the selected message using the Send Message dialog.
- Add/Edit Sender - Use to add or edit the sender of the selected message in the Address Book.
- Select in Contacts - Use to display the Contacts window and select contacts that have sent the selected messages. In case that some contacts do not exist, a question box will be displayed, allowing you to
choose whether you wish to create them.
In the Reply Bar of the Routing Inbox window you may use Routing Text Parameters,
Message Text Parameters, and Global Text Parameters.
