About TV Chat Service

TV Chat service enables you to create interactive events by displaying SMS messages on a screen device.

Under the full control of the chat moderator, the received messages are analyzed, prepared for output and displayed on the screen device.

The setup of TV Chat service is composed of general settings, filters, options, replies and visual settings. The visual settings part of the setup is called profile. The profile of the TV Chat service may be saved to a separate file. The saved profile may be later loaded into another TV Chat service.

The full screen mode in TV Chat service is used for displaying the chat and up to three bitmaps selected by the user. The bitmaps may be useful for displaying additional information about the chat event. For switching between full screen views, the following shortcuts are available: F6, F7 and F8 for displaying bitmaps, and F9 for displaying the chat.

The Content Filter may be used by TV Chat service to process messages. If a message contains an inappropriate content it will be marked. Before the text is displayed on the screen device, the Content Filter is used for replacing the inappropriate content with the replacement text.

TV Chat service can automatically export the chat to a database or a file. The storage used for exporting is synchronized with the visible items in the chat.
