Voting Inbox Window

The Voting Inbox collects the messages received by the voting service.

To activate the Voting Inbox window, select Voting Inbox from Window menu of the menu bar, or use the shortcut Alt+W, V.

The columns displayed in the Voting Inbox table are as follows:

Status - The status of the received message. See below for possible values.
Answer ID - The ID of the answer if the message has been recognized.
From - The information about the sender of the message.
To - The information about the recipient of the message.
Text - The text of the received message.
Time - The date and the time when the message is received.
Account - The name of the account from which the message is received.

Status of the received message may be one of the following:

The Action menu of the Voting Inbox window contains the following options:

Create Answer - Use to create voting answers using the texts of the selected messages. For each not recognized message a new answer will be created.
Accept - Use to accept the selected messages with Ignored status.
Ignore - Use to ignore the selected message.

The Tools menu of the Voting Inbox window contains the following options:

Apply Ignored from Contacts - Use to ignore the selected messages that are sent by ignored contact.
Send Message - Use to send messages to the senders of the selected messages using the Send Message dialog.
Forward Message - Use to forward the selected message using the Send Message dialog.
Add/Edit Sender - Use to add or edit the sender of the selected message in the Address Book.
Select in Contacts - Use to display the Contacts window and select contacts that have sent the selected messages. In case that some contacts do not exist, a question box will be displayed, allowing you to choose whether you wish to create them.
