Voting Results Window

The Voting Results window provides statistics data about the number of votes, rank and percentage for each answer.

The Voting Results window also contains the chart with voting results.

To activate the Voting Results window, select Voting Results from Window menu of the menu bar, or use the shortcut Alt+W, R.

The columns displayed in the Voting Results table are as follows:

• ID - The ID number of the answer.
• Name - The name of the answer.
• Rank - The rank of the answer.
• Votes - The number of votes this answer has scored.
• Percentage - The number of votes represented as percentage.
• Chart - Indicates if the answer is displayed in the chart.

The Action menu of the Voting Results window contains the following options:

• Add to/Remove from Chart - Use to display or hide the selected answers from the chart.

The Tools menu of the Voting Results window contains the following options:

• Select Received Answers - Use to select all received messages in the Voting Inbox which are recognized as any of the selected answers.
• Export Results - Use to manually export voting results. Prior to using this option, you should set exporting options in the Voting Setup dialog.
• Edit Profile - Use to display the Voting Profile dialog.
