Voting Setup Dialog
The Voting Setup dialog allows you to set the voting service options.
To display the Voting Setup dialog, select Setup from Service menu of the menu bar.
General tab
Answers
- Displays the list of predefined voting answers. See Voting Answers for more details.

- Displays the list of the filters used by the service. See Filters for more details.

- Delete accepted messages from Inbox specifies whether the messages
accepted by the service should be deleted from the Inbox.
- Apply maintenance lets you specify whether you wish to apply the global maintenance options to this service.
- Apply Ignored property from Contacts specifies whether the message received by ignored contact should also be ignored.
- Add sender to group specifies whether to add the sender of the incoming message to the Address Book. If a group name is supplied, then the contact will be added to the specified group.
- Use multiple votes separator specifies whether the service allows multiple votes in the same message.
- Rank type lets you specify how the rank values will be assigned to the voting answers in the situations when several answers have the same number of votes.

Limits tab
Limits for the number of accepted answers per contact
- This group of options allows you to set the limits for the number of accepted answers per contact. If the same contact sends more (or less) answers than specified, the superfluous messages will have status set to Out of limits.
Note that these limits will not be applied to answers which are excluded from the Voting Results.

- Displays the list of the replies used by the service. See Replies for more details.

- Contains the options for exporting voting results to external data storage. See Exporting Voting Results for more details.
