Find Dialog

The Find dialog is used to find text in the table of the active window.

Select Find from Action menu in the active window to display this dialog.

The table of the active window is searched for the specified text. The item in which the occurrence of the search string is found is selected and the table scrolled to make the item visible.

Options

• Text to find lets you enter the text you want to search for.
• Search in lets you select columns to be searched.
• Match case specifies whether the search should make the difference between lowercase and uppercase letters.
• Whole words only specifies whether the search should find only whole words.

Use Find Next button to find the next occurrence of the search string.

Use Find Previous button to find the previous occurrence of the search string.

Use Search button to perform selected action on found items and existing selection:

• Search all will search entire table and select only found items.
• Add to selection will search entire table and add found items to existing selection.
• Search selection will search only existing selection and select only found items.
• Remove from selection will search only existing selection and remove found items from it.

Use Close button to close this dialog.
