The Message dialog is used to view, edit, send or receive messages.
Some options in this dialog may be disabled depending on the context in which this dialog appears.
Text - Message contains text.
Flash Text - Message contains text, but will be sent as a flash message. Flash messages are displayed directly on the receiver's phone screen, rather than stored in the phone inbox.
Binary - Message contains binary
data (ring tones, logos, WAP Push links, etc.). The Text field should contain at most 140 hexadecimal values without spaces
and separators.
For example, the following binary text can be entered to send a Nokia ring tone:
06050415810000024A3A5585E195B198040042D9049741A69761781B6176156174288B525D85E0A26C24C49A617628930BB125E055856049865885D200
The following binary text will send a WAP Push link:
0605040B8423F0250601AE02056A0045C60C037761702E636F64657365676D656E742E636F6D00070103436F64655365676D656E74000101
WAP Push - Message contains a WAP
Push link. The first line of the Text
field should contain a link to the WAP page. Also, you can specify the title
of the link in the additional lines of text.
For example, you can enter the following text to send a WAP Push link:
http://wap.codesegment.com

Use Send button in the Send Message dialog to place the message in the Outbox and close the dialog. Use Send + button if you do not wish to close the dialog after placing the message in the Outbox.
Use Receive button in the Receive Message dialog to manually create the incoming message. The message will be placed in the Inbox and treated the same way as all the other messages received by the specified account. Use Receive + button if you do not wish to close the dialog after placing the message in the Inbox.
